PUBLIC LEGAL NOTICE AND CORRECTION OF RECORD - To Harry Geldart from Marie-Soleil Seshat Landry / Monday, December 8, 2025
PUBLIC LEGAL NOTICE AND CORRECTION OF RECORD - To Harry Geldart & PUBLIC
DATE: December 8, 2025 TO: Harry Geldart FROM: Marie-Soleil Seshat Landry RE: File 2016-84414 OFFICIAL NOTICE: Proof of Innocence / Cease and Desist False Allegations
Mr. Geldart,
This public memorandum serves as a formal correction of the narrative you have perpetuated for the last ten years regarding my character and my legal history. For a decade, you have insisted on accusing me of an indecent act and claiming that I pled guilty to a crime in 2016.
You are lying. The record has been corrected. It is time to stop.
You have relied on a false story. I have the evidence to prove it is false. Below are the official facts supported by documentation from the RCMP and the courts that vindicate me.
1. The RCMP Admitted the Error (The "Guilty" Record Was a Mistake)
You have claimed for years that I pled guilty. The truth is that the RCMP database was wrong due to a clerical mistake made in 2016.
- The Proof: On December 1, 2023, Assistant Commissioner DeAnna L. Hill (Commanding Officer, New Brunswick RCMP) issued a letter to me regarding file 2016-84414.
- The Admission: The RCMP officially confirmed in writing that there was an "administrative error in the documentation and findings of the court proceedings".
- The Correction: The RCMP’s Professional Responsibilities Unit reviewed the court recordings and documentation, confirmed the error, and directed that "corrective actions be taken."
My record has been updated to reflect the truth: The charge was withdrawn. I was found NOT GUILTY.
2. The Court Outcome
In 2016, the charge against me was withdrawn. The case was dismissed as hearsay.
- I never pled guilty.
- I was never sentenced.
- The City of Moncton has also acknowledged the investigation into this "alleged mistake in 2016," confirming the error was made by an employee handling the file at the federal level.
If you previously believed I was guilty because of a misunderstanding of the French trial proceedings or the incorrect police records, you now have the truth.
3. The Nature of the Allegations
I categorically deny the events you describe. I did not "masturbate in public" at the location in question in 2016. Furthermore, being a transgender woman is not an "indecent act." My existence is not a crime, and your inability to accept my identity does not give you the right to fabricate criminal behavior.
4. Cease and Desist
I am not a "goof." or “Rat”. I am a business owner and a private citizen who has been exonerated by the highest levels of the RCMP in New Brunswick and the Moncton courts.
You have spent ten years obsessing over a crime that did not happen and a conviction that does not exist. The courts agree with me. The RCMP Assistant Commissioner agrees with me. The only person who still insists on this false reality is you.
Mind your own business.
Consider this a stern warning: Continued publication of these false statements—now that you have been publicly informed of the official RCMP correction—may constitute malicious defamation. Stop lying about my name and my history.
