I. DECLARATION OF LEGALITY AND RIGHTS

To those individuals perpetuating acts of bullying, harassment, and economic interference against me and my companies:

Cannabis is legal in Canada. The persecution, jailing, eviction, and dispossession I endured during the era of prohibition are relics of a dark, unjust history. Your attempt to prolong that injustice is a demonstration of malicious criminality, not moral authority.

My current, legal use of cannabis is not up for public debate, moral judgment, or—most importantly—your illegal interference. My human rights, my personal autonomy, and my legal business operations are non-negotiable.

II. THE NATURE OF YOUR ILLEGAL ACTS

Your campaign of harassment is recognized for what it is: illegal, malicious, and damaging. Specifically, your actions constitute:

  1. Defamation and Slander: The dissemination of falsehoods regarding my private life and "supposed mental health" is a calculated attempt to damage my reputation and the viability of my business ventures, including MarieLandrySpyShop.com and the entire Landry Industries conglomerate.
  2. Tortious Interference: The organized boycotting and harassment campaign aimed at disrupting the economic stability of my legal businesses are civilly and criminally actionable offenses.
  3. Harassment and Trespass on Liberty: Your continued verbal abuse and intrusion into my life constitute sustained, actionable harassment.

  • The spreading of any false or defamatory statements regarding my health, character, or competence.
