- MEMO -
Dear Recipients, (I know there are lots of recipients, but you are all requested to respond. You have been picked to receive this email very carefully. View the full list of recipients in the email's details.)
I am writing to formally submit a comprehensive report documenting serious allegations of criminal record discrepancies and systemic failures within New Brunswick's justice system that have profoundly impacted my life for nearly a decade.
Document Overview: The attached 15-page report, titled "My Account of Alleged Discrepancies and Miscarriages of Justice on My Criminal Record in New Brunswick, Canada," details my allegations of:
- Erroneous CPIC entries for judicially withdrawn charges (indecent act and 2016 assault)
- Subsequent cascade of legal injustices including unfair trials and guilty pleas made under duress
- Discriminatory treatment related to my transgender identity, including forced cessation of hormone therapy
- Ongoing institutional failures to rectify these errors despite years of advocacy
- Conflicting official accounts regarding responsibility for the initial error
Key Allegations: I allege that despite a presiding judge explicitly stating two cases were "withdrawn" in October 2016, law enforcement erroneously entered "guilty" dispositions into CPIC. This fundamental error allegedly triggered years of compounding injustices, including misrepresentation as a "repeat violent sexual offender," coercive remand conditions leading to guilty pleas under duress, and denial of appropriate medical care.
Current Status:
- CHRC complaint filed (File #20230331) - currently in mediation following their June 13, 2025 "Report for Decision"
- CRCC complaint concluded with conflicting findings
- Ongoing efforts to obtain correct court documentation
- One CPIC entry corrected (2023), one remains outstanding
Request for Action: I respectfully request that recipients within their respective jurisdictions:
RCMP/CRCC: Investigate the alleged CPIC errors, address conflicting internal accounts, and implement corrective measures for ongoing harm.
CHRC: Reconsider the recommendation to dismiss my complaint as "out-of-time" or "frivolous," recognizing the continuous and discriminatory nature of these alleged injustices.
Prime Minister's Office: Review this case as an example of potential systemic failures requiring federal oversight and intervention.
New Brunswick Courts: Examine circumstances surrounding withdrawn cases and subsequent proceedings, with consideration for voiding cases I assert are mistrials.
Media/Public Representatives: Investigate and report on these allegations to ensure public awareness and accountability.
Legal and Factual Basis: This report identifies potential violations across multiple areas of Canadian law, including the Criminal Code, Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and Human Rights legislation. I assert that court transcripts and official records will substantiate the judicial withdrawals and demonstrate the ongoing nature of these injustices.
Personal Impact: These alleged failures have resulted in:
- 2016-2019 incarceration in jails and psychiatric facilities
- Forced cessation of gender-affirming medical treatment
- Inability to receive appropriate healthcare for cPTSD, Degenerative Disc Disease, and gender dysphoria
- Severe professional and financial consequences
- Ongoing social stigma and safety concerns in my community
Conclusion: I maintain my innocence regarding the initial charges and assert that subsequent charges constitute mistrials resulting from systemic failures. This is not a historical grievance but an ongoing injustice requiring immediate attention and comprehensive remedy.
I am prepared to provide additional documentation, participate in investigations, and engage in mediation processes as appropriate. The severity and duration of these alleged injustices demand urgent action from all relevant authorities.
Thank you for your attention to this critical matter. I look forward to your responses and the initiation of appropriate investigative and corrective measures.
Respectfully submitted,
