This public update concerns ongoing complaints with the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP (CRCC Case #2023-2623) and the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC Case #2023-0331).
Today, July 14, 2025, I personally went to the Moncton, New Brunswick court to get updated dispositions for two charges that severely impacted my criminal record: a false assault charge (2016) and a false indecent act charge (2016). Both were officially confirmed by the court as "Withdrawn" in 2016.
Immediately after, I visited the police station. They confirmed the errors I'd been reporting, and crucially, the RCMP today confirmed they updated the false assault charge to "Withdrawn" in their systems. They also confirmed the false indecent act charge was correctly rectified in CPIC in 2023. This means the root cause of the CPIC discrepancies has now been addressed.
This concrete evidence demonstrates that I had a false criminal record for nearly a decade and was wrongfully incarcerated due to these incorrect entries. The existence of this false record, which was used against me in court, directly led to over a dozen additional charges in 2017-2018. I was coerced into pleading guilty to these subsequent charges because I was falsely labeled a sexual offender and violent domestic partner.
This new documentation unequivocally supports my claim that all charges on my New Brunswick record resulted from corruption and coercion, stemming from the initial, erroneous CPIC entries. The profound consequences I've endured include loss of reputation, homelessness, inability to find employment, and the destruction of my livelihood. I also faced bullying from law enforcement, correctional, and medical staff, and community members due to these false allegations.
I am attaching photographic evidence of the updated court dispositions. This new evidence is crucial for the ongoing investigation of my complaints. This is an ongoing battle for justice, and I am determined to see it through with the CRCC, CHRC, and the courts. I will be seeking legal counsel to pursue a multi-million dollar lawsuit against all responsible parties for false imprisonment, false charges, slander, and significant damages, including loss of income, reputation, and liberty. The RCMP's decade-long failure to address these issues is unacceptable, and full mediation is essential to avoid an even more costly lawsuit. I refuse to settle for a low amount, and I reject any findings that don't pinpoint individual accountability. The RCMP is responsible for this grave injustice, not me.
Some of the evidence is attached to back this status update to relevant parties and my representatives, and the press. I am a citizen of Moncton, NB, Canada and I represent myself. See attached PDF.
